Dear MASC Members,
The Club AGM is being held at Melksham House on Tuesday 4th November at 1930 in No2 bar meeting room.
Attached you will find a draft agenda. All club members are invited to attend.
If you would like to join the committee, put yourself forward for a vacant position or provide assistance to the Club, please send me a note of your name and what you would be willing to do. If you would like to put forward a resolution related to any aspect of the Club, please put your proposal in writing and send to the Club Sec.
The proposal can then be discussed and voted on as required at the AGM.
Please note that any responses should be returned to me before 28th October 2008.
I look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
