In memory of Phil Self - MASC President
It is with sadness that we have learned this week that Phil Self, President of MASC, passed away on the 1st April.
Phil has been greatly involved with Swordfish since its beginning fifty years ago when the pool was an outdoor one!
He was a well-respected county qualified timekeeper & Judge & was a familiar figure at swimming competitions in the area.
As well as being our Club President, he was also awarded the role of County President, a great honour for Phil & M A S C.
The funeral will be held on Thursday 9th April at 1.30pm Haycombe Crematorium, Bath and after at The Hare & Hounds Lansdown, Bath.
