Paralympian Visits MASC
Stephanie Millward attends a MASC session and shows them all her memorabillia and rtalked about her experiences at the Beijing Olympics.
Paralympic Success at Beijing Many of you will have seen Stephanie Millward a former poolside teacher who also trained with us for a while before going on to specialised training for the Olympics. Stephanie & her partner Adrian visited MASC during last Fridays session. Stephanie recently returned from the Paralympics 2008 held in Beijing. She was part of the hugely successful GB swimming team. Despite suffering from Multiple Sclerosis she has overcome her disability to realise a huge personal ambition. We would like to pass on our congratulations to Stephanie for all she achieved personally & for British Swimming.
